Here at the Sonngart our cuisine is made with seasonal ingredients, the herbs and vegetables from our garden and Siglinde’s skills at the stove. On request, we will be delighted to serve you South Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities.
On warm summer evenings nature itself becomes the most beautiful of dining locations once a week, when we organise barbecues and sociable get-togethers with a large dining table in the middle of the vineyards.
